A customer success manager helps customers get value from a product after they buy it. You run onboarding, watch account health, manage renewals and bring customer feedback back to your own organisation.
How is customer success different from customer support?
Support reacts to problems that customers raise. Customer success works ahead of problems, tracks results over time and focuses on retention and growth of the account.
